Oppo Find N5 Launch
OPPO has officially started teasing its upcoming foldable flagship, the OPPO Find N5, ahead of its China launch in February. Following a series of rumors, the company’s Find series head, Zhou Yibao, confirmed that the new device will be the world’s thinnest foldable phone. He further clarified that the thinness of the phone is constrained only by the charging port, revealing a comparison to the Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max. Zhou also shared images demonstrating that the phone’s thickness is equivalent to the combined thickness of four bank cards or two 1 yuan coins.
Key Features and Design Insights
The OPPO Find N5, internally codenamed “Haiyan,” is set to maintain support for stylus functionality, a feature seen in previous models. It promises an even slimmer design than its predecessor, the OPPO Find N3, which measured 5.8mm in thickness. Currently, the HONOR Magic V3, at just 4.35mm, holds the title of the thinnest foldable phone, but OPPO aims to surpass this with the Find N5.
Expected Specifications
Based on early leaks, the OPPO Find N5 will come with high-end specifications, including:
Titanium Body: For a premium, lightweight build.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC: For top-tier performance.
