Initially, Airtel Advantage will focus on providing International Voice and SMS services, with Direct Inward Dialing (DID) and International Toll Free Service (ITFS) to be added later. Leveraging Airtel’s extensive global network and digital infrastructure, the platform enables seamless interconnection to multiple global locations, facilitating faster customer onboarding.
One of the key features of Airtel Advantage is its end-to-end digitized journey, which streamlines the entire process from onboarding to interconnect selection.
